M-5 “Ural” highway
The M-5 “Ural” federal road begins in Moscow, goes through the Samara region territory along the Saratov reservoir side, through the Zhiguli hydropower plant dam and Togliatti, to the north from Samara and turns east to Chelyabinsk. The road length is more than 330 km along the territory of the region. Different cargos from Europe are transported along this road to Ural and Siberia.
It has the “Way to Orenburg” turnout with the length of 135.9 km within the Samara region.
А-300 (М-32) highway
The “Samara-Bolshaya Chernigovka - Kazakhstan Republic border” road is an interstate highway. Its length within the Samara region is 164 km.
