An order was signed to provide the Olimp-Agro LLC a land plot for lease without bidding for the construction of «South-East» housing estate
On August 30, 2018, the Acting Governor of the Samara Region Аlexander Nefedov signed an order according to which Olimp-Agro LLC is granted with a land plot of 500,000 square meters for lease without a bidding for the construction of a housing estate «South-East» in the village of Nizhnee Sancheleevo in the Stavropolskiy municipal district of the Samara Region.
In December 2017, an investment project for integrated residential development was presented at the regular meeting of the Working group on investment projects. All members of the Working group unanimously approved its implementation.
Further, the project was submitted to the members of the Council on improving the investment climate in the Samara Region for consideration, whose meeting was held on April 26, 2018 at the regional government. According to its results, the project was given the status of a strategic investment project (Order of the Government of the Samara region dated 23.05.2018 No. 389-r).
Currently, Olimp-Agro LLC is one of the largest and dynamically developing agricultural enterprises in the Samara Region. The main condition for fulfilling the strategic goals and objectives of the enterprise is its provision with highly qualified specialists and workers.
Nowadays there is a huge deficit of highly qualified specialists in the whole country, and it is especially difficult to involve young specialists in agricultural production, therefore, the main goal is to attract specialists by increasing the attractiveness of working conditions and living conditions in rural areas.
The project assumes construction of 216 residential houses for permanent residence, outbuildings, engineering facilities. The project provides for full improvement in residential buildings, including centralized water supply, electricity, heat supply, individual sewerage.
According to Alena Urusova, the acting Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Promotion Agency of the Samara Region, it’s also important that the implementation of the investment project is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of the Samara Region by means of the development of social infrastructure and the creation of comfortable living environment, since not only individual residential buildings, but also a kindergarten, fitness center, shopping center, numerous playgrounds for children and entertainment centers for adults will be also built. Additional annual volume of housing construction in the municipal district of Stavropolskiy will be about 10,000 square meters.
Thus, on March 1, 2018 in the message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the goal was set to ensure an annual stable growth in housing construction in order to improve the living conditions of citizens of the Russian Federation.According to the investment plan, the total cost of the project will be over 1.2 billion rubles (over 15.5 mln. euros), the amount of revenues to budgets of all levels will grow from 25 million rubles (0.32 mln. euros) in 2016 to 48 million rubles (0.62 mln. euros) by 2023, and more than 100 new jobs will be created.
