19 new projects have been approved for the Zhiguli Valley technopark
On December 13 Alexander Kobenko, the acting vice governor – the Minister of Economic Development, Investments and Trade of the Samara Region, has leaded the Advisory council on science and technology parks on the territory of the Samara Region.
Within a meeting 22 projects of the companies applying for obtaining the status of the resident of science and technology park in the sphere of high technologies Zhiguli Valley have been considered, 19 of them have been accepted.
During the five-year term of implementation of projects (with the total cost 5.59 billion rubles) it is planned to create 1 945 jobs, 90% of which will be placed in the territory of science and technology park. The planned profit of the approved projects will make 771.6 million rubles, revenue – 6.36 billion rubles. Eight companies are planning their entry into the international markets.

Information and telecommunication technologies – 7 companies
Transport and space developments – 4 companies
Energy efficiency and energy saving – 4 companies
Chemistry and development of new materials – 3 companies
Biotechnologies and medicine – 1 company
