Planting and handling of perennial fruit and berry plantations

Subsidies are provided to the following agricultural commodity manufacturers (except for the citizens keeping private subsidiary farms):

  • having planted and been handling perennial fruit and berry bushes, intensive gardens (at least 800 trees per 1 ha) and hop yards prior to the start of their bearing period;
  • having planted and been handling fruit and berry nurseries.

The manufacturers have to comply with one of the following requirements:

  • plant at least 1 ha of the indicated plantations per annum to get a subsidy for planting;
  • have at least 1 ha of the indicated plantations on the territory of the Samara Region as of the beginning of the current financial year to get a subsidy for handling works.

The subsidy amount is calculated:

  • out of the regional budget, based on the costs incurred by the recipients in connection with planting and handling of perennial fruit and berry plantations;

  • out of the regional budget formed of the federal budget funds received by the regional budget, based on the costs incurred by the recipients in connection with planting and handling of perennial fruit and berry plantations.

The subsidy amount shall not exceed the costs actually incurred by the recipients in connection with the agricultural product manufacture in part of expenses on planting and handling of perennial fruit and berry plantations.
